3D DIGITAL SCANNNING & DIGITAL IMAGING
Our 3D Digital scanner provides high resolution, high accuracy and the ability to capture and see sharp edges. These features make our services the perfect solution for mass production and industrial design where higherprecision scanning of objects with sharp edges and intricate details is required.
Some details of our solution:
1) No markers or any manual alignment during postprocessing – Our solution does not require cumbersome calibration procedure at the beginning of each scanning session. No markers need to be placed on the objects and we do not use electromagnetic tracking.
2) Capturing texture – We can capture a highly detailed, colour 3D models of objects and people.
3) Ease of Use – We use a hand held solution that is very portable and very useful to scan objects that are not moveable or transported.
4) Real time scanning and fusion – The scanner captures up to 7.5 frames per second ad each frame is a 3D image. These frames are fused in real time, meaning that no complicated post-processing is required and this will save a lot of time.
5) High speed and accuracy – Capturing and simultaneously processing up to 1 million points per second, faster than a laser scanner while providing high resolution (up to 0.15mm) and superior accuracy (0.03 – 0.05mm)
